The Triangle of Success Our training philosophy is based on the Periodization of resistance training, sound nutrition, cardiovascular training - our Triangle of Success. Periodically changing your program ensures you will continue to see results and avoid hitting a training plateau. When you achieve a balance between these three components, you will see the best results possible from your training efforts. The fitness consultation provides a baseline from which to begin your fitness program. Setting goals should be based on solid information about your current level fitness. An assessment of where you are provides you and your trainer a good idea of where you can go and a reasonable plan for getting there, a plan for success. Our personal training programs put our Periodization philosophy into practice and help you achieve your Triangle of Success. |
